Curtis commenced his career in the property industry in 1984 with the Greenfield Group of Companies in South Africa where he was responsible for several developments in suburban Johannesburg.  In 1986 he emigrated to Australia and joined a leading construction and development company. He was involved in the development and management of a number of projects and major commercial developments in Sydney's CBD. He is a founding partner in Whitehall, a qualified solicitor and is married with two sons.

With over two decades of
experience in international  banking and finance, Dave is equipped with the vision necessary to specialise in finance for company expansion and development. He has had significant involvement with property based companies and brings to Whitehall clients, consulting and appraisal skills which would enable developments to be self sufficient and prepared to meet market fluctuations.
He is married and has five children.


 

The Tulich Family name has been synonymous with the city of Liverpool for over half a century. Raised in the Prestons district, Maurice continued his grandfathers dream of providing affordable accommodation and a peaceful, warm environment for the older residents of the community. In 1995, Maurice spearheaded Whitehall's vision of establishing a retirement community in Prestons and Blue Hills Village was established. With total commitment and a hands-on approach, Maurice has gained an in-depth knowledge of the management and skills required to successfully develop a retirement community. He is married and has four children.
